Welcome to THE PORTret Studio’s Pixieset Gallery. By accessing or downloading any content from this gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the gallery.

1. Use of Content

All images and videos in this gallery are the intellectual property of THE PORTret Studio and protected under copyright laws. You may:

  • View and download media for personal use only.

  • Share watermarked images for non-commercial purposes with proper credit to THE PORTret Studio.

You may not:

  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Alter, edit, or resell any content.

  • Claim authorship or modify content in a misleading way.

2. Client Access

Access to private galleries is provided via a unique link (and PIN if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. THE PORTret Studio is not responsible for unauthorized access if links or PINs are shared.

3. Downloads & Orders

  • All digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

  • Print or product orders placed through Pixieset are fulfilled by third-party labs and subject to their terms and timelines.

  • Please double-check all orders before confirming, as changes cannot be made after submission.

4. Gallery Availability

Each Pixieset gallery will be available for 2 months (60 days) from the date of delivery. After this period, the gallery may be archived or permanently deleted. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up their files within this timeframe.

5. Liability

THE PORTret Studio is not liable for:

  • Server downtime, platform maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control.

  • Loss of access to galleries after the 2-month availability window.

  • Delays or errors caused by third-party vendors (e.g., printing labs).

6. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the gallery after changes are made indicates acceptance of the new terms.
